Who we are

Bracken Clean (owner-operated by Ionel Ureche), based in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin. Contact: urecheionelalexandru@gmail.com. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect and why

• The online quote form is not switched on, so this website does not collect any details itself.
• Details you send us directly (email, phone), such as your name, contact details and the address of the space. We use them to reply, arrange a walk-through, give a quote and carry out the work. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in running the business (Article 6(1)(f)).
• Records of quotes, invoices and payments, which we keep to meet legal and tax obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers we need to run the business, such as our accountant, email provider and website host (Vercel for website hosting and Google for email), and where the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and related messages for up to 12 months, and records of invoices and payments for the period the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, and to restrict or object to how we use it. Contact us and we will respond. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.

Cookies, analytics and fonts

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from the same site, not from third parties. Our website host may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security (our host is Vercel; see vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy). If we add cookies or analytics we will update this page and ask for consent where the law requires it.
