How we work

1. Walk-through. Send the address, the type of space and the date you need it done. We visit and look at the size, the dust and residue, access, water and power.
2. Fixed quote in writing. You receive a fixed price and a written scope, including what is not included, before any work starts.
3. The clean. A daytime crew, 08:00 to 17:00, cleans to the agreed checklist.
4. Handover check. We go through the checklist with you or your site manager at the end of the job.
5. Anything missed. Points raised on the handover check are dealt with as agreed in the quote.
